Payment scenario
Purchase procedure follows one of the following scenarios:
- Purchase 1—the customer follows the payment instructions displayed on the checkout page or in your system (when performing the purchase by using Gate).
- Purchase 2—the customer is redirected to the Easypaisa service where they make a purchase.
- Purchase 3—the customer confirms the payment via USSD message which they receive from the Easypaisa service.
- Purchase 4—the customer first enters the OTP code, and then confirms the payment via USSD message or a push notification in the mobile app (depending on the mobile operator) which they receive from the Easypaisa service.
Ask your key account manager at Monetix which of the scenarios is relevant to you.
When receiving a payout, the customer initiates a payout and then just waits for the funds to be credited to their account. The customer themself doesn't participate in the payout processing procedure.
