Main use and special characteristics

Dashboard is a web interface allowing you to perform a wide range of tasks related to your company's projects in the Monetix payment platform. With Dashboard, you can:

  • Analyze and monitor payment processing and consolidated financial data with an option to break it down by different characteristics and with the help of visualization tools.
  • Perform various types of purchases, issue partial and full refunds as well as payouts to the customers of your web service with the use of individual and batch requests.
  • Create reports with consolidated information on payment processing and financial results.
  • View and set up available projects.

Dashboard supports two-factor authentication for access according to the requirements mandated by PSD2 (Revised Directive on Payment Services, Directive (EU) 2015/2366), and access permissions are granted according to the role-based access model described in a corresponding section.

Getting started

If you wish to get started, contact your Monetix key account manager. Following their confirmation, you can access Dashboard that is available at dash-light.trxhost.com.
